You’ll have the chance to earn income during the program by achieving sales and recruiting targets, with the potential to earn over $100,000 per year as a Regional Vice President.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in an 18-month training program designed to develop individuals from onboarding to Regional Vice President.
• Actively participate in all training sessions and meetings.
• Meet monthly sales and recruiting goals.
• Continuously improve sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Represent EVA Wealth Foundation professionally and positively at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to a 18-month program.
